Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a loss of your deposit as well as a 50% fee of charge . No-call, no-shows will be charged 100% of the service price and may be blocked from booking in the future. Refills must be scheduled within 2-3 weeks of your last appointment and require at least 40% of lash extensions remaining. Anything beyond 3 weeks or with less than 40% retention will be considered a full set .
